The 110th Anniversary of 180 Claremont Avenue

This year one of our buildings celebrates its 110th anniversary. Construction at 180 the Claremont Avenue was completed in 1905. Its development was a part of the building boom in Morningside Heights, which followed the completion of the Broadway local line in 1904.
