Lauren Folland

Lauren Folland is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and Assistant Property Manager for Coutinho Properties. Lauren grew up in a real estate family in California where she served as a Real Estate Assistant and Social Media Coordinator. Lauren attended California State University, Fresno where she received her BA in Theatre with an emphasis in Acting. She then moved to Boca Raton, Fl where she received her Master of Fine Arts in Acting. Lauren is new to New York but is eagerly gaining knowledge of the New York real estate market and all of its opportunities.
