Charles Giovanni Vanzan Coutinho, Ph. D.AFRHS is the Principal and Managing Director of Coutinho Properties. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York. He was interviewed, in the Manhattan, real estate periodical, 'The Real Deal' in its November 2011 issue. In a past life, an academic and historian, he is an Associate Fellow of the Royal Historical Society. Other organizations which he belongs to include:
the Royal Institute of International Affairs, the Royal United Services Institute as well as the National Arts, Lotos, Amateur Comedy Club as well as the Metropolitan Opera Club. He is the President of Sutton Area Community, Sutton Place's leading neighborhood organization. He and his family reside in the Sutton Place section of Manhattan.
