This spacious apartment consists of a living room, a bedroom, and a full kitchen. The bedroom has ample closet space and a queen size bed with night stands. The bright living room has a pull out sofa bed that sleeps two, coffee table, arm chair, large wardrobe, wi-fi enabled laptop, several phones with local service and a plasma TV with a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, stove top, oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and all the utensils and cutlery you might need during your stay. We also provide all the bed linen and towels, as well as an iron and a hair dryer. There is a good size marble bathroom with both shower and a bathtub. The laundry room is in the basement.

The apartment can comfortably sleep four people. There will be an additional charge of $25 per additional person per night. An inflatable mattress to sleep an additional guest is available upon request.

ALL INCLUDED: Wi Fi, cable/satellite, and all utilities (heat, hot water, gas/electricity). Weekly cleaning and laundry service is included. Additional cleaning service, if required, is $60 per visit. Car service and airport pick up is available at additional cost. 

LOCAL SERVICES (within one block): valet parking, banks, grocery stores/supermarket, fitness center, shops, cinema, playground, bars/restaurants. 

PAYMENT: We require a 50% up-front deposit. We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, bank money transfers and credit cards (via our website or phone).

Check-in: 3 PM (negotiable)

Check-out: 11 AM (negotiable)
