Beautiful, newly renovated and fully furnished one bedroom (two separate rooms) apartment that comfortably sleeps four (4) people. This cozy apartment with all necessary amenities and unbeatable location is a great alternative to a hotel.

The apartment consists of a living room, a bedroom, a full kitchen and a bathroom with jacuzzi. The bedroom has ample closet space and a king size bed with two night stands. The bright living room has a pull out sofa bed that sleeps two, coffee table, love seat, large wardrobe, and a plasma TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, stove top, oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and all the utensils and cutlery you might need during your stay. We also provide all the bed linen and towels, as well as an iron and a hair dryer. There is a good size marble bathroom with both shower and a jacuzzi bathtub. The laundry room is in the basement.

The apartment is located on the third floor of walk up building (only two flights up).

The apartment can comfortably sleep four people. There will be an additional charge of $25 per additional person per night. An inflatable mattress to sleep an additional guest is available upon request.

Included: WI-Fi, cable/satellite, and all utilities (heat, hot water, gas/electricity). Weekly cleaning and laundry service is included. Additional housekeeping services, if required, is $60 per visit.

Stay in the very heart of the Midtown Manhattan, a short five minutes walk to the subway (6, E, M trains), and all of the shops, boutiques, restaurants and tourist attractions that Manhattan has to offer. Many of the most famous landmarks in New York City are just a pleasant walk away, such as Museum of Modern Arts, St. Patrick's Cathedral, the United Nations Building, Times Sq and the Chrysler Building.
